Once a provider is chosen in the backend filter, it takes the status filter around 7s to populate instead of populating immediately. The same issue also happens in the "keyword" filter input. Info: patron-search.inc is already doing what we need, but for patrons left side filters, it's handling all the patterns present in the #search_patron_filter input and adding each of those to the query, we need something similar here. This search is very constrictive and it would be nice to have the option of what fields get prepopulated instead of having to manually remove the fields that the user doesn't want. We want to see a workflow whereby once all items associated to an invoice, when they are all returned for the first time this would trigger a cron job to close the invoice. This would help us to automate our acquisitions checking processes. Currently a staff member has to run a report and check in with staff to make sure they have returned items and then they spend a considerable time checking through for each invoice to make sure items have been physically received and then closing the invoice. If we can automate this last step so that when all items are checked in for the first time, the invoice will automatically close. It would also be useful to have this automatic action as a cron job so that if something goes wrong we could interrupt the next run and correct. This is something that could be done directly in C4::Biblio::GetMarcBiblio following the same method used for embedding items. We could use an optional parameter like embed_items (embed_seefromheading) and a function similar to C4::Biblio::EmbedItemsInMarcBiblio by reusing what was made for zebra with EmbedSeeFromHeadings (bug #7417).
