One patron is retained and the other goes into deletedborrowers and that's it. We'd like to extend that idea to toggles that would appear on every page to turn UserJS and UserCSS on and off. We'd tie those toggles to a new "debug" permission, so only users with that permission will be shown those toggles. If your basket is a standing order basket, then it cannot create items when ordering. Koha will allow you to pick "placing an order" for when to create items for a standing order basket, but then will not create the item. When creating a basket, we should not allow one to choose "placing an order" for "Create items when" if one has checked the Standing Order box. I have attached a word document with the enhancement description. The basics are that the check boxes on the receive screen are used to indicate items that are ready to be received (as currently is done) and the button at the bottom of the the pending items will actually receive the items without going to the receive details screen.
