This issue invalidates WCAG 1.4.3. We should improve this by increasing the contrast between the text color and the background. To test this issue, you can use the Firefox extension: WCAG Contrast Checker or WAVE. 1- Enable the following system preference: OpacBrowseResults. 2- Make a search, choose a record, and expand the 'Browse results' menu. 3- Check the color contrast. "Self-checkout" (with a hyphen) is strongly indicated as the correct spelling according to major online dictionaries and general search results. While we haven't exhaustively checked every English language variant (GB, US, AU, etc.), key dictionaries like Collins, Merriam-Webster, and Oxford consistently define "self-" as a prefix that requires a hyphen in this context.
