On /cgi-bin/koha/acqui/edifactmsgs.pl in the Details column the message will have the label 'Invoices' and this is hyperlinked to the invoices page (/cgi-bin/koha/acqui/invoices.pl) - see screenshot. This link always results in a failure as there isn't an invoice to match against. Check job progress." We also need a parallel permission for patron holds history. We should make it so when IntranetReadingHistoryHolds is enabled, users with this new permission can see patron hold history but users without the permission cannot. When IntranetReadingHistoryHolds is disabled, no users should be able to see patron hold history.
