[Bug 38804] New: erm : JSTOR usage data not harvestable via SUSHI
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 05 Nov '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=38804 Bug ID: 38804 Summary: erm : JSTOR usage data not harvestable via SUSHI Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: ERM Assignee: jonathan.druart(a)gmail.com Reporter: mathsabypro(a)gmail.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: jonathan.druart(a)gmail.com, jonathan.field(a)ptfs-europe.com, martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com, matt.blenkinsop(a)ptfs-europe.com, pedro.amorim(a)ptfs-europe.com Trying to harvest JSTOR usage data via SUSHI returns an error in Koha job : "SUSHI returned: Warning - Report Queued for Processing 1011" This behavior is documented in Counter registry (https://registry.countermetrics.org/platform/335608df-e4d2-46ad-bd89-fb3683…) for JSTOR "The same report cannot be requested more than 5 times per day. JSTOR uses reporting queuing so if data is not yet available, clients will need to re-request the report at a later date." and in JSTOR site : https://support.jstor.org/hc/en-us/articles/360015483214-SUSHI-reports-COUN… "Please wait at least one (1) hour between report requests to allow time for report files to be generated." I suppose other data provider may have the same policy. For Koha to be able to harvest them, it should be necessary to add an option to relaunch the harvesting process after a parametrable delay -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 27248] New: Allow to use list of barcodes/itemnumbers with Batch extend due dates tool

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27248 Bug ID: 27248 Summary: Allow to use list of barcodes/itemnumbers with Batch extend due dates tool Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org In some cases libraries want to use some more complicated criteria for selecting the items that they want to extend the due dates for. For these cases it would be great if SQL reports could be used to make a list that then can be uploaded to the tool, similar to how we manage other batch operations. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 41223] New: SUSHI harvest should respect rate limits
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 05 Nov '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41223 Bug ID: 41223 Summary: SUSHI harvest should respect rate limits Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: 25.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: ERM Assignee: jonathan.druart(a)gmail.com Reporter: jvinke(a)austinseminary.edu QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: jonathan.druart(a)gmail.com, jonathan.field(a)openfifth.co.uk, martin.renvoize(a)openfifth.co.uk, matt.blenkinsop(a)openfifth.co.uk, pedro.amorim(a)openfifth.co.uk Many SUSHI providers have rate limits that will prevent successful harvest of usage statistics if they are exceeded. If a harvest job results in a "Fatal - Client has made too many requests 1020" response, there is currently no recourse because rerunning the harvest will result in the issue. If there were either a built-in rate limit or a setting that could be applied to specific Data Providers it would resolve this. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 30557] New: Add ability to create Item lists
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 05 Nov '26

05 Nov '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=30557 Bug ID: 30557 Summary: Add ability to create Item lists Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 21.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Lists Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: estherm(a)sodaspringsid.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl This is relevant for multi-branch installations. Lists currently appear to be primarily bibliographic lists. This creates a problem when sorting lists by call number. In this scenario there may be multiple items from different libraries using different call number schema attached to a single bibliographic record. The list cannot be sorted accurately by call number. It would be helpful if there was an option for an item based list. In this scenario items are added to a list for a specific branch. The call number sort will then sort correctly because the call number schema will be consistent for the branch. An item list would display the same information as a bibliographic list with the exception of additional branches which may also have the item. A typical use case would a library creating an item list, sort by call number, and then use that list to go to the shelf to pull the items in order. This is currently not possible in a multi-branch installation without a bit of work. It would require downloading the list and then cleaning up the list to be useful for this kind of work. It may be possible to create a report that will do this, but it would be a nice added functionality in the List tool. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 36955] New: Extend data providers in eUsage for different SUSHI credentials in multi branch systems

In our case we have three branches and each branch has separate API-Keys / Customer-IDs and so on ... The data providers should be extended to have a field for the library (dropdown with branches) database table: erm_usage_data_providers -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 35325] New: Add the ERM module to Library Groups

It would be fantastic to add the ERM module to Library Groups to allow a way to separate and identify between libraries. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 35288] New: ApplyFrameworkDefaults add plugin to add more fine grained defaults handling
