To recreate: 1. Enable ERMModule 2. Go to E-resource management > e-Holdings > Local > Packages 3. Click New package 4. Enter a package name 5. Click Submit 6. Go to e-Holdings > Local > Titles 7. Click New title 8. Fill out all the fields 9. Click Add to another package 10. Choose the package created previously 11. Click Submit 12. Click the title in the list 13. Click Local bibliographic record (next to Publication title) --> Note the record only has a title 14. Click MARC --> Only tabs 0 and 2 have information, leader and 245$a I don't know if this is by design or not. If it is, the manual should be amended to reflect the reality. When doing this, if there is a period at the end of a field being linked, the $9 appears after the period. We also have a cron job that runs once a week to run general authority linking on our system. During that process, if there is a period at the end of the field, it removes it when adding the $9. This is causing an issue with the same heading appearing with the period if it was linked upon saving and without the period if it was linked during the cron job. If the period is before a $2 (Fantasy fiction.$2lcgft for example), the cron job will change it to Fantasy fiction$2lcgft, removing the period. While this doesn't seem to affect access or indexing, it creates a problem when searching for specific strings in the fields or sorting exported information from any of those controlled fields. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. Ensure Child category can be guarantor and Adult cannot 2 - The above step is to avoid any age checks and form resubmission which removes the guarantor fields 3 - Find/create a child patron 4 - Add a guarantee from the Adult category to the child 5 - Check the DB: SELECT * FROM borrower_relationships WHERE guarantee_id={borrowernumber of child}; 6 - Note the id colum 7 - Edit the child patron to Adult category 8 - Repeat 5 9 - Note the relationship still exists and the id is incremented 10 - Oof! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
