Have at least two libraries (Library A & Library B) and at least two patrons. One patron for Library A & one for Library B. 2. Create a manual fee for both patrons and write them off. 3. Go to the cash register statistics report and change the transaction type to "Write off" and your transaction library to Library A. 4. Enable Required System Preferences * Turn on the EnablePointOfSale system preference. * Turn on the UseCashRegisters system preference. 2. Configure Point of Sale * Navigate to the Point of Sale module. * Set up a cash register and configure one or more items for sale. 3. Make Transactions * Perform a few sales using the configured items and cash register. 4. Run the Cash Register Report (Statistics Wizard) * Go to the Statistics Wizard → Cash Register Report. * Set Transaction Type to All Transactions. * Set both Transaction Library and Cash Register to All. * You should see the transactions you made. 5. Attempt to Filter by Library and Register * Repeat step 4, but this time: * Set Transaction Library to the branch you were logged in as during the sales (e.g., Centerville). * Set Cash Register to the specific register you used. * Observe that: * No results are displayed, even though matching transactions exist. * Both Transaction Library and Cash Register dropdowns reset to All after submitting the search. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. While those details can be found on the individual bibliographic detail holdings table, it would be nice here. It would be especially helpful when transferring the collection to see where the collection is currently located. It works well for local authentication, but it does not allow CAS login nor Shibboleth login. For CAS login, the option is not there and the popup will only allow local login. Verify there is message with the title "Purchase suggestion accepted" - Now edit the purchase suggestion again, without changing the status - Check the messages of the patron again, and verify there are now to "Purchase suggestion accepted" messages The standard ACCEPTED message reads: Dear koha, You have suggested that the library acquire Test by Johan Theorin. The library has reviewed your suggestion today. The item will be ordered as soon as possible. You will be notified by mail when the order is completed, and again when the item arrives at the library. If you have any questions, please email us at . Thank you, Centerville It might be possible to phrase this another way, so it makes sense to send it out multiple times for the same suggestion even if the status is not changed, but in general I think it will be confusing to generate identical messages for the same suggestion. The suggested fix is to only send messages when the status is changed. Perhaps there are libraries that depend on the current functionality, so we might need a syspref like SuggestionsOnlySendMessagesOnChangedStatus that defaults to off, to keep the current behaviour.
