I've fixed it) I bet EUR10 that your problem is due to root/non root upgrade : the /etc/koha.conf can be read by apache and root only. It contains the login and password. Moreever : the MARC definition should be skipped (N and non 2), as the MARC setup has already be done in 2.0.x. Presently it only checks for too many renewals. It should also check to see if there are reserves on the item--if so, then no renwals should be allowed. So you work on a copy, delete the marcfields, that you don't need, like in biblio framework.
