For instance, if a patron has a balance due above the amount set in the cron over the span of 4 weeks, and their library runs the cron weekly, that patron will have 4 separate restrictions placed on their account. All restrictions clear if they pay their fine to or below the amount in 'Fee limit' according to the setup for Bug 16223 - Automatically remove any borrower debarments after a payment, but seeing multiple restrictions for the same offense could be confusing for staff. And for libraries who choose to not have restrictions automatically removed according to bug 16223, staff will need to manually delete multiple restrictions instead of just one. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. This could be something like: <<"[Do/Don't] automatically restrict patrons if they owe over [amount]. Use the message [message here] as the restriction message." NOTE: This system preference requires the misc/cronjobs/debar_patrons_with_fines.pl cronjob. Ask your system administrator to schedule it.>> System preferences that are set up similarly for reference: PurgeSuggestionsOlderThan, AuthorityMergeLimit, AutoResumeSuspendedHolds, StaticHoldsQueueWeight/HoldsQueueSkipClosed/RandomizeHoldsQueueWeight. Currently with permission to access the serials module staff can view all subscriptions. I have questions: 1. I was unable to find the word "BEGIN" in /usr/share/koha/opac/cgi-bin/opac/opac-search.pl. Part of me wants to ignore this for now, since it has knock down effects, but can someone tell me if I am looking in the right place? 2. I was not sure which place to put robot.txt, so I put it in both places referenced in the https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_Tuning_Guide. Is there a problem placing it both places? 3. As for blocking specific IP addresses, I can try to play whac-a-mole with IP addresses using ufw, but it seems to me that blocking a range of IP addresses would be more efficient. So I started placing deny statements in /usr/share/koha/opac/htdocs/.htaccess. But I am not seeing a result for my labors.
