When an item is edited, the complete contents of the fields will be logged with the new values. Because we are missing the "original" values, there is no way to tell what has been changed between both log entries. This is not accessible and makes it hard for navigation when using a screen-reader. However, adding these things to elements can create redundancy and appear unnecessary.
