That function seems to be broken and the fields cannot be reordered. When clicking on a subfield, a box appears that allows me to edit the subfield letter/number instead. I would think the ability to edit the subfield letter/number in the authority editor could be problematic. The shipped configuration lacks some entries pointing to the plugin install dir, or the install dir doesn't exist. To reproduce: ```shell $ docker run -ti debian:trixie bash $ apt update ; apt install -y rabbitmq-server $ rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_stomp ``` The last command is what `koha-common.postinst` runs then the `koha-common` package is installed/upgraded. It does not check the .pref files in koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/admin/preferences When running the qa check for bug 41427 (before the follow-up patch), it generated a QA warning "Missing new line at the end of file, make sure your editor correctly reads .editorconfig ('insert_final_newline = true'). See bug 40541.". I think there are also two additional preference files that do not have a new line at the file: - cataloguing.pref - interlibrary-loans.pref The qa script generates a warning if you make changes to the files (and if, for whatever reason, you have an editor that doesn't have insert_final_newline = true set). This would allow admin to create marc modification template that a novice cataloger could use to supply certain fields they probably would not know to change. (Like in leader, 008, 007).
