One example: I have staged a file and click on "Import this batch to the catalogue". The progress bar jumps to 31% but then it stops and goes no further. In the background there are lots of calls to /cgi-bin/koha/tools/background-job-progress.pl?jobID=<id>, but the last one gives a 500 error. This is when the progress bar stops. The job is actually finished after a while, but the interface never updates. When we send a request to retrieve patron information,or even checkout the response returns AFInvalid cardnumber, and the logs show that the system cannot satisfy constraints like cardnumber, userid, and borrowernumber. However, item information requests work correctly, and the SIP2 connection and authentication are confirmed to be successful. The cardnumber we use exists in the Koha borrowers table, and the SIP2 account is configured properly. It seems that the cardnumber value is not being passed or recognized correctly during patron lookup. This is problematic because: * It can be overwhelming for the Coce server (it will make a thread/worker busy for too long even when another is idle). * It makes the rendering slow or unreliable.
