Acquisitions → Search vendors → Search 2. Click the vendor name 3. In the Baskets column, click the link 4. Select a basket (or create a new one) 5. Add at least one order 6. In the open basket, verify that the Modify and Cancel order columns are absent. 7. Close the basket (you’ll return to the vendor’s basket list). Open the same closed basket and verify that the Cancel order column is absent, even though it should be present (because CancelOrdersInClosedBaskets = Allow). [Bug 41222] New: SUSHI harvest should retry under certain conditions
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 10 Nov '25

10 Nov '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41222 Bug ID: 41222 Summary: SUSHI harvest should retry under certain conditions Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: 25.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: ERM Assignee: jonathan.druart(a)gmail.com Reporter: jvinke(a)austinseminary.edu QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: jonathan.druart(a)gmail.com, jonathan.field(a)openfifth.co.uk, martin.renvoize(a)openfifth.co.uk, matt.blenkinsop(a)openfifth.co.uk, pedro.amorim(a)openfifth.co.uk At present, the "ERM Usage Statistics SUSHI Harvester" job will attempt to harvest usage data a single time. There are several conditions specified in Appendix D of the COUNTER Code of Practice under which the job should retry. https://cop5.countermetrics.org/en/5.1.0.1/appendices/d-handling-errors-and… The main one is "Report Queued for Processing" which returns Exception Code 1011 and HTTP 202. Retrying the request periodically until the report has processed would return the data. I have seen this take between 2-40 minutes. There are also "Service Not Available" and "Service Busy" exceptions that this might apply to. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
