When checked in at an unexpected branch, Koha doesn't prompt a transfer at all, which leaves an open transfer request that staff are unaware of. If the item is checked in a second time, Koha will properly prompt the transfer. Steps to reproduce: 1. Set up stock rotation and add a test item to the rotation schedule. 2. Check the item out before the cronjob runs to change the item's branch. 3. Run the stock rotation cronjob to move all items to the next branch. 4. Check in the item at a different branch (neither the old or new owning branch). 5. Note that Koha does not prompt a transfer on the item. 6. The item should have a pending transfer that was not triggered. 7. Check the item in again to trigger the transfer. Koha tries to access a url like this: https://www.librarything.com/api/thingISBN/0439139600 ...which opens fine in a browser, but triggers the response "WARNING: URL Request Failed 403 Forbidden" when Koha tries it. Koha is currently sending the user agent "libwww-perl/6.52" and if I use Firefox's developer tools to load the page with that set as a custom user agent I get a CloudFlare-generated "access denied" message. I see other CloudFlare customers complaining about this, so it may just be a default. Should we ask LibraryThing to change their configuration? This isn't really needed for the atomic update, but we've included it for consistency. It is needed in kohastructure.sql, because MySQL/MariaDB silently/implicitly adds these indexes for foreign keys, which means that the database audit tool will show a discrepancy between kohastructure.sql and the installed DB schema. Also fix a discrepancy between atomic update and kohastructure.sql Test plan: 0. Apply the patch 1. Use both methods to update the DB schema 2. Go to http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/about.pl?tab=database 3.
