Killing moremember.pl slows the growth of the memory consumption, but does not eliminate it immediately. I have been unable to track down exactly what the query statement is. There's no way to make a connection to the mysql daemon while this is going on because all of its available connections are occupied with the backlog of 150+ Koha-related processes that want to talk to it, and there's nothing noteworthy in the slow query log (possibly because the query never completes since there's no longer a listener at the remote end of the connection, moremember.pl having died). ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact.

It should remain until I uncheck it. See screenshots. Personally, I think a set of options should define when, and *if*, to auto generate opac login names. You may want them on add only, on add and on edit, on edit only, or not at all. The larger your patron list the more likely your patron automatic login generation is going to collide, or you may just prefer that patrons only have the option of using their barcodes. I tested and I don't get logged out but I do get a 500 error when I try to go to the 'Upload patron images' tool when I have a user set with the same permissions.
