The "city" field has been changed by the user, so the label reads "CITY." This form uses ACQ framework (Default if unavailable). Item fields defined as mandatory are properly displayed: their label ends with a *. This display is identical to the cataloging data entry form where it's impossible to save an item with empty mandatory fields. This table stretches off the page and requires tedious scrolling. I propose a modification so that the user can select which columns appear in that table. That way the user can choose to show only the columns which are relevant. But why shouldn't it be possible to delete a city whether or not there are entries in borrowers?
