This button sends an email to the borrower who currently has the item in his possession, telling him to return the item as soon as possible. This feature uses the "RECALL" notice. This patch adds the "overwriteSubfieldsOnMerge" preference. If it is activated, all of the biblio's subfields will be overwritten when doing an authority merge. This means that subfields that exist in the biblio, but not in the authority will be deleted in the biblio when doing the merge. I've implemented a display change for a site to include published date in this display as well as in most equivalent serials screens. The reason for this is like many institutions they often receive issues out of the publication sequence. Before submitting the patch I'd like to see if any there are any other thoughts on this issue. Would an option to display in published rather than received order be useful?
