For translated templates where those words can have a different length then the original english words, the icons can overlap with the text or there is a wider gap between icon and text. For each loan, the renew and checkout links should behave like radio buttons, but the state of the export checkbox is meant to be independent of the renew and checkin checkboxes. However, if the 'select all' link in the export column is clicked, active renew checkboxes are toggled off. This is because ModReserveAffect() includes a call to GetReserveInfo() that was never updated when the holds API was updated to use reserve_id.
