I think the break was added, bacause one of the navigations is indeed a bit narrower than the other, which also causes a problem with the correct translation "Anschaffungsvorschläge" that is too wide for the narrower version of the two. It would be trivial to copy koha-mysql to koha-mysqldump and call mysqldump instead. I needed to have it pointed out to me by someone who was already aware of this, so I think there is a good chance more people will be confused by it.
