[Bug 16272] New: Transform checkout from on-site checkout to regular checkout
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 01 Oct '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=16272 Bug ID: 16272 Summary: Transform checkout from on-site checkout to regular checkout Change sponsored?: Sponsored Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: nicolas.legrand(a)bulac.fr QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com At the BULAC library, patrons may ask more one-site checkouts than regular checkouts. Often they request a bunch of books from the stacks, get them checked out as on-site checkouts, consult them. Eventually they come back to the desk asking to check in books they are not interested in and transform their on-site checkout to regular checkouts on books they wish to bring home. We would like to have a quick way to do this on the intranet: by checkin out an item which is on-site checked out for the same borrower, we would like the loan to become a regular check out. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. In truth, I think the icon should be different for this, as it's not really even the same sort of animal as the usual tag editor. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 15770] New: Number::Format issues with large numbers
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 18 Aug '20

18 Aug '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=15770 Bug ID: 15770 Summary: Number::Format issues with large numbers Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com Reporter: julian.maurice(a)biblibre.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org In my database I have some large numbers in some database columns (categories.enrolmentfee for instance), because of TestBuilder I think. In that case, this cause admin/categories.pl to die with the following error message: Template process failed: undef error - round() overflow. Try smaller precision or use Math::BigFloat at /home/koha/src/Koha/Number/Price.pm line 44 This shouldn't happen in real life, but as Koha allows to enter such big numbers, this should probably be fixed. Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Admin » Categories 2. Click on "New category" button 3. Fill in the required field and set enrolment fee to a big number like 123456789012345 (15 digits seem to be the minimum to reproduce the bug) 4. Save 5. To reproduce: - Set SearchEngine = Elasticsearch - Watch for zebraqueue changes $ watch -n 0.5 'echo "SELECT COUNT(*) FROM zebraqueue WHERE done=0" | sudo koha-mysql kohadev' - Call touch_all_biblios.pl to simulate record changes $ sudo koha-shell kohadev ; cd kohaclone $ perl misc/maintenance/touch_all_biblios.pl -v => FAIL: Notice the watch is not changing the number of records to be indexed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 15972] New: Make it possible to include additional title information in notices (such as 245$b)
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 10 Jun '20

10 Jun '20

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=15972 Bug ID: 15972 Summary: Make it possible to include additional title information in notices (such as 245$b) Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Notices Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org For some titles the 245$a (MARC21) is not specific enough and it would be necessary to include the 245$b information in the notices, that is currently not mapped in the database. Apart from 245$b (remainder of title) other information like 245$n/$p for volumes would be nice to have. This was reported by a library using serial claims - where the title is often the same and the correct serial can only be identified with the help of additional information. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
