The preference should be a complete URL, starting with http:// or https://. So we need to change svc/import_bib line 101. From my $url = 'http://'. The patron category might already exist." The code for the category did not already exist. They frequently have large number of kids line up to checkout books and wanted this feature to speed up the process. I have implemented a patch that enables this functionality. This happens (well, does not happen) with existing subfields and ones created for the MARC structure.
