It is due to the xml syntax where the use of "&" is forbidden and must be "&" Koha do the job in this line : <title>[% SEARCH_RESULT.title |html %]....... With the use of "|html" But not in this line : Place Hold on <i>[% SEARCH_RESULT.title %]</i>...... The patch is very light just adds "|html" in the line above. ################# Test Plan : 1° in opac do a search where you can find "&" in the title 2° in the result page click on the rss button on the right of "Your search returned n results." (Subscribe to this search) 3° if your subscribe is ok you can not perform the test :o( 4° if your subscribe is nok you can apply the patch 5° test the same work flow with the patch the subscribe must be ok. This is incorrect. To reproduce this, install the vi-VN language and open the OPAC. The option for Vietnamese will display as those Chinese characters, rather than "Tiếng Việt", which is the way Vietnamese people refer to their language. The display name is created by the installer in installer/data/mysql/mandatory/subtag_registry.sql: VALUES ( 'vi', 'language', 'vi', '㗂越'); That should be changed to: VALUES ( 'vi', 'language', 'vi', 'Tiếng Việt'); -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. If you're not logged in and you log in as part of sending the basket, the error occurs It must be that authenticating in that window doesn't set the session and id / secret aren't being set before submitting If you aren't logged in, click send the basket and log in, refresh the page before sending, then send, it forces it to pick up the session and works -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

But I do find the behaviour related to items a bit surprising. Even if the record is skipped and not inserted, any items attached to the record in the file that is being imported is attached to the matching record. I would expect items to be ignored if the record exists and is skipped. So the question is: is this behaviour a bug or a feature? Even if it is a bug, I guess we must assume that some libraries out there are relying on the current behaviour of bulkmarcimport.pl, so that the best way to get the behaviour I expect is to add another command line switch, to ignore items for matching records.
