https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=22381 Bug ID: 22381 Summary: Wording on Calendar-related system preferences not standardized Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 18.05 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Staff Client Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com Target Milestone: --- We've got four very similar system preferences with very different wording, which fosters confusion. ExcludeHolidaysFromMaxPickUpDelay is worded is "(Allow/Don't Allow) Closed days to be taken into account in reserves max pickup delay." OverdueNoticeCalendar is worded as "(Use Calendar/Ignore Calendar) when working out the period for overdue notices." useDaysMode is "Calculate the due date using (the calendar to skip days the library is closed/the calendar to push the due date to the next open day/circulation rules only)" finesCalendar is "Calculate fines based on days overdue (directly/not including days the library is closed." Standardizing wording across these four would make them all clearer as a group. If nothing else, I'd love to see the word "calendar" included somewhere in ExcludeHolidaysFromMaxPickUpDelay so it comes up in an easy search with the others. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 23683] New: Course reserves public notes on specific items should allow for HTML

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=23683 Bug ID: 23683 Summary: Course reserves public notes on specific items should allow for HTML Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: OPAC Assignee: oleonard(a)myacpl.org Reporter: lucas(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org BZ22501 allowed librarians to add public notes in HTML to each course but did not allow for the public note on each item in course-items-table to include HTML. Some librarians would like these to also allow for HTML so the can build links. A $raw filter should be used on both the OPAC (#course-items-table) AND the staff client (#course_reserves_table). These notes can only be entered from the staff client so this should be allowable. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Many librarians ask to remove this bit or style it differently from the author name. "By" should be its own class in both the OPAC search results and OPAC details page. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 23231] New: We display too many layout options for the onscreen keyboard in the advanced cataloguing editor

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=23231 Bug ID: 23231 Summary: We display too many layout options for the onscreen keyboard in the advanced cataloguing editor Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: martin.renvoize(a)ptfs-europe.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl Bug 17178 introduced the Mottie on screen keyboard https://github.com/Mottie/Keyboard for the advanced cataloguing screen. It enabled all layouts (and languages) currently available in the upstream project by default. This leads to a large list to select from where many will likely never be required by the end users. We should add a system preference to allow limiting that list down to the most popular layouts for the locality of the installation. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. This will make every new instance unusable. It's in the nightly, that means new devboxes will be broken too I guess. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
