Especially for the amount spent this makes the wizard not match up with the amounts on the acquisition homepage as the actual amount spent can be quite different from the list price used when ordering. That will make the code much more easier to maintain and will be less error-prone. A simple substitution to 0 will prevent a default MySQL 5.7 on Ubuntu from barfing. It would be nice to have some control over which messages are to be sent. Example: We have libraries who only wanted to send 'hold notices' but not overdue, advance notice, etc during the covid-19 quarantine. Now it is only derived from budgeted cost. This is because we run a separate database query for each limit. It means that every simple search to /cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl from the masthead will redirect from /cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?idx=&q=blah to /cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?q=blah.
