In Swedish ILL the cardnumber of the patron connected with an ILL request is entered into the central Libris system and then propagated to Koha through the Libris API. This can lead to errors, and we have created a dummy "ILL patron" to catch these. It would then be good to be able to connect the ILL to the right patron in Koha. We could implement this in the Libris backend, but I think it is relevant for other backends too, and should be implemented in the ILL module itself. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. In new Koha installations the following can be found in "koha-conf.xml" <access_dirs> <access_dir></access_dir> <access_dir></access_dir> </access_dirs> but it is nowhere explained how to set or how to use these veriables. In older versions of Koha that are updated these variables are missing and as far as I can remember there is no notice that they should/could be added. However, if you click Koha menu "Tools > Access files" you will get the message: Error: Files could not be found because the "access_dir" option was not set in "koha-conf.xml". Contact your system administrator to add this option. There is section https://koha-community.org/manual/20.11/en/html/tools.html#access-files in the manual but it just says "The directories where the files are stored need to be defined in the koha-conf.xml file." without further explanation. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. But in the "on site" Koha we don't have this option. Wchich can save a lot of time when we have long and precise searches to do allowing to refine the criterias rather than enter all of them again. It would be nice to be able to specify what a library would like as default in possibly a system preference- so it is more specific to their library. This is the age (in days) at which list share invites are purged from the database. If this parameter is not passed to the cleanup_database.pl cronjob then it defaults to 14. It would be nice to replace this cronjob parameter - which only users with server access can alter - with a system preference. This system preference would have a default value of 14 for new and upgrading Koha installs.
