Staff can only view comments if they have access to accepted moderation page, or if they click over to the OPAC record. Recently this library was updated from 19.11 to 20.11 and in search results page in "Refine your search" there is simply a "*" symbol instead of full location name in "Holding libraries" category. When I hover mouse over it it shows location code without a dot. Some locations have 2 dots and only last one is omitted. In a.marc, this is followed by a trailing space character, in b.marc, it is not. The problem I saw was on step 8 of the test plan. When I went to put a biblio on hold the message on the hold screen said "When your item is ready for pickup, you will have days to pick it up from this library". There was no number before the 'days'. I tried changing the library but the message still read the same. Also, when I set a holiday within the pickup time, I put an item on hold and the expiration date didn't change (extend for one more day). I didn't get to step 13 with the talking tech test.
