However, those refunds don't do anything to correct the record of how many items were sold. That means that accurate reporting on number of items sold needs to be verifying that none of the payments tied to the purchase have been refunded. It'd be better to be able to just void the whole sale, setting the amounts on the original purchase(s) and payments all to zero, zeroing out the note in the purchase (since we're using that for the quantity of the sale), and giving them a VOID status. Those are both not very common in Germany and possibly other countries. A lot of our libraries use their own custom classification schemes so the call number splitting is something that should be individually configurable. One option would be using a regex expression, that can be set in the layout additional to the standard splitting offered by the checkbox. Maybe an option to type, but that might be questionable. Barcode on camera would be better. It would be great if a patron could grab a book and check it out. Barring any issues with the checkout (fines/overdues/holds, etc), it could be a quick in and out scenario for patrons.
