This is not clear from the UI. 2) When it comes to the actual anonymisation, although we've got a filtered list of Patrons by issues before X and at Library, we then delete ALL issues before X by any of the Patrons selected by the previous query, regardless of which library the checkout took place and thus we ignore the selected Library. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. While that text suggests that the --frombranch flag will only change which branch's address info is populated in overdue notices, this flag actually controls which branch's triggers will be used as well as which branch's notice content will be used. We should change that text to: Set the branch to use when selecting triggers and populating addresses. In particular, it would be great if there were some way to create a Patron Attribute Type that the patron has the ability to check or fill out, that would allow the loan of the above items. In Point of Sale module, you are allowed to edit the cost of a sale item, and change the amount tendered. But the system won't allow you to input negative numbers for cost. For example, if we want to refund a patron $20 from their print account, we take $20 out of the register and hand it to the patron. Point of Sale has no way to record this refund, since the money was collected long ago and over many transactions (i.e. there is no specific transaction to refund). As a result, the register in POS will be over by $20. Reserves allow a patron to add themselves to a queue for the item should it already be checked out to someone. We have a library that wishes to allow patrons to book items for a specific date and loan period and have the item guaranteed to be available to them for that period. The problem is the letter template used is based on either the owning or the issuing library (based on the cronjob option --frombranch). That means if a Library A patron has an overdue checked out/owned by Library B, then Library A will receive a print notice formatted with Library B’s template. To resolve this we can do one of two things: A) Add an option to format the notice using the template from the patron’s home library B) Add an option to send notices for print to the patron’s home library, but to the owning/checkout library (A) is a simpler solution, though (B) may be wanted by library systems that are more “independent” and don’t want to mail notices for overdues at other libraries. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
