For all these changes the patch (in matter of code lines) is trivial: a few lines in two files. You may also find two screenshots of the current and the proposed functionality (the screenshots were taken from a Koha 3.20.x server but the change is applicable to recent versions also and the patch is created using the current master) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. We created some Batch record modification jobs and 1. they don't show up in the jobs overview 2. they don't seem to run When going directly to the URL (eg /background_jobs.pl?op=view&id=4), you can see the job and its status "New". However, in the "job list", the jobs don't get listed (yes, both checkboxes unchecked), although they are there: "No entries to show (filtered from 4 total entries)" Screenshots attached. Koha may have automated logs that track changes to settings or preferences somewhere, but it would be good if there was a place for all admin to go to enter notes about changes we can refer back to. This is more ideal than keeping notes locally, as admins from multiple locations could refer to the same notes, as they would be centralized. Maybe have a field that admin could write notes in and submit, and we could search these notes by the person that entered them, timestamps, and words in the notes. Use case - an entire category of patrons is being moved to "Books By Mail" service, which receive no notifications. However, their current patron category receives ALL the notices. The options to adjust the Notifications are either for staff to do it (very time consuming) or a request for the Data Team to correct it (if supported by a vendor).
