Unfortunately here I cant find any test yet for e.g. C4/Creators/Layout.pm. You could do for C4::Labels::Label though. I'd also love to see the top two col sections marked up with page-section to 'card' them, and we could do with fixing where the 'add user' link appear on the 'Managed by' row. I think, for consistency with other area's in the staff client, we should also put the other basket details in their own respective page-section 'cards'.
