https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=15851 Bug ID: 15851 Summary: "Analytics: Show analytics" showing regardless of whether they have analytics. Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com Reporter: ed.veal(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl All of records where position 7 of the leader indicates serial automatically display "Analytics: Show analytics" -- regardless of whether they have analytics. To confirm, we linked numerous items to host records in the case where monographic volumes were bound together via the "Link to Host Item" feature, automatically creating 773s. These are not in question and we do not want to make any changes that would affect them. The request is to remove the display "Analytics: Show analytics" for periodical records that do not have analytics. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=31723 Bug ID: 31723 Summary: Add TT template based alternative to PDF printing for basket groups Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: new feature Priority: P5 - low Component: Acquisitions Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org I think in order to be able to phase out the current PDF print... we need to offer a nice alternative first. So we should offer a print option for basket groups and possibly also for single baskets that works using a TT notice template as base. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. It would be nice if notes could be added at a later stage. A few of our customers have asked for this. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 28863] New: Cancel a Pending Notice
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 05 Aug '26

05 Aug '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=28863 Bug ID: 28863 Summary: Cancel a Pending Notice Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Notices Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: rcoert(a)arlingtonva.us QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org We would like the ability to cancel any notice that is currently "Pending" on the Notices tab in a user's account. Also, a record of which librarian cancelled the notice and date/time stamp would be very useful. Use Case: Item is discharged, hold is trapped, & notice is generated. Staff then realizes that the item is badly damaged and reverts the hold to obtain another copy. However, the notice for the original item is now Pending in the account and the email will be sent - even though the item is not on the Hold Shelf. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 18450] New: Renew in header bypasses hold block and renewal limits

[Bug 33200] New: IndependentBranchesTransfers does not prevent holds from creating transfers
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 04 Aug '26

04 Aug '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=33200 Bug ID: 33200 Summary: IndependentBranchesTransfers does not prevent holds from creating transfers Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Hold requests Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: caroline.cyr-la-rose(a)inlibro.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com I noticed that when you have IndependentBranches (Yes), IndependentBranchesTransfers (Yes), and canreservefromotherbranches (Don't allow), holds can still trigger transfers. This is probably larger than transfers as holds should not be placed on items from other libraries with IndependentBranches, even if we choose "next available item". IndependentBranches/canreservefromotherbranches should imply "next available item (from this branch)". To reproduce, you must have - IndependentBranches, IndependentBranchesPatronModifications and IndependentBranchesTransfers preferences set to Yes - canreservefromotherbranches must be set to Don't allow - Circulation rules that allow holds and checkouts - Two libraries (I used Midway (A) and Centerville (B)) - A record with two items, one at each library, with barcodes, check out the one from library A - Two non-superlibrarian staff user, one in each library, with at least catalogue and holds permissions, this is what I gave them - circulate (all) - catalogue - delete_borrowers - edit_borrowers - reserveforothers (all) 1. Log in to the staff interface with the non-superlibrarian staff user from library A 2. Go to the record with the two items, click "Place hold" 3. Place a hold for a user, without changing anything (should be for "next available item") 4. Log out and log back in with the non-superlibrarian staff user from library B 5. Check in the item from library B, which should be available --> Hold is confirmed for patron from library A, transfer is created 6. Optionally, you can log out and log back in as staff from library A 7. Go to Circulation > Transfers to receive (should this even be available with IndependentBranchesTransfers turned on?) --> Item from other branch is there -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 18623] New: Send notification on creation of manual invoice
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 04 Aug '26

04 Aug '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=18623 Bug ID: 18623 Summary: Send notification on creation of manual invoice Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Notices Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: lisetteslatah(a)gmail.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org It would be nice if when adding a manual invoice (say for a damaged item) an e-mail notification could be sent. Currently to tell the patron without them logging into the OPAC or coming into the library we have to send the e-mail manually. This is time consuming if we have a lot of damaged items being processed at once. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.
