If it finds anything in (old_)issues that's not in statistics, it writes it into statistics to correct things. However, this goes awry really quickly if one is anonymizing reading history. In those cases, we expect to have a bunch of entries in old_issues tied to the anonymous borrower, but we never expect to find the anonymous borrower in the statistics table because we're maintaining the actual patron's borrowernumber there. recreateIssueStatistics.pl should have the option to *not* copy/recreate issues tied to the anonymous borrower. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You have to click on the drop-down menu. It seems to happen only when adding/editing an item. But as the item search uses SQL and ExtractValue, it will always return the contents of the lower and upper case subfield, no matter what you configured for your additional item search fields. They are notified when a new issue for a subscription arrives. We have users who have left, and whose emails are no longer valid but who have not cancelled their alerts. These are generating quite a number of undeliverable emails, which bounce back. We know no way of cancelling the redundant SERIAL_ALERT via the Koha intranet other than by an SQL delete which we do not want to risk. Ideally there would be a way for staff to kill off these redundant alerts. Best case scenario, we'd create a mechanism to differentiate the two notice types.
