It looks like this is related to the size of the picture. I was using cropped screenshots, so nothing too high quality. Since they are not wrapped inside any HTML element it can be hard to customize with CSS/JS. Running the command: sudo koha-translate --list es-ES Shows the package. I tried to install it and even updated but it says it is already installed. sudo koha-translate --install es-ES Error: the selected language is already installed. Try --update if you want to re-install it. I tried removing it and then reinstalling it but made no difference. However, the language is not displaying under the system preferences > I18N/L10N > Language or OPACLanguages settings. This is extra confusing for users who have their username generated in the firstname.surname form. This means users expecting to define a 'print' version of the discharge notice get confgused and/or wrong results. This was highlighted by bug 14251, which fixed styling the PDF with CSS, which is only picked if the 'email' transport letter is used.
