The name of the patron on top doesn't seem right here compared to other pages and the long labels break onto multiple lines in English. However, we're not consistent about this with SMS Number. Right now the column only displays issue id, type of issue, started on, ended on, and actions. The only way to see the issue is to click on the Edit button which feels like one click to far, especially for critical issues.
