It would be nice to use the ConsiderHeadingUse system preference to filter out the autocomplete list of authorities when using authority finder plugin. To reproduce in standard KTD: 1. Apply Bug 38494. 2. Set ConsiderHeadingUse system preference to "Do". 3. Go to the Cataloging editor and open the authority finder plugin for the 650 field. 4. Type "Application" in "Search main heading ($a only)" field. 5. Notice two autocomplete values: "Application program interfaces (Computer software)" and "Application software". 6. Click search button. 7. There is only one result: "Application program interfaces (Computer software)". This option can only be used together with --date, and --record-type=biblio. The rational behind this is that use case does not makes much sense (if you are doing a full export, why would you include deleted biblios) and thus some extra complexity can be avoided. Superficially related to https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=17693, not really quite different as this includes the whole biblio-record (with record status set to "d" in leader) in the regular export, not just biblio ids. There is no option yet to sort it either by the following: a) A-Z, b) Z-A, c) (0-9 to A-Z), d) (Z-A to 9-0), e) newest to oldest, f) oldest to newest. The error message "Something went wrong: Error: Authorization failure. Missing required permission(s)." appears. The patron would need the manage_additional_fields permissions, otherwise the API blocks the request. But the manage_additional_fields permissions should not be necessary as it is for administation. To recreate: 1. Log in as superlibrarian 2. Activate ERM 3. Add a new additional field for Licences under cgi-bin/koha/admin/additional-fields.pl 4. Go to ERM Module 5. Add a Licence and use the new additional field 6. Search for a user, for example borrowernumber=17 7. Give permissions for erm , acquisition and catalogue (staff access) 8. Log in with this account 9. Go to ERM Module 10.
