[Bug 36324] New: Authority subfields cannot be reordered
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 15 Dec '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=36324 Bug ID: 36324 Summary: Authority subfields cannot be reordered Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 23.11 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: esther.melander(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl According to bug 34114, authority subfields should be able to be reordered when editing. That function seems to be broken and the fields cannot be reordered. When clicking on a subfield, a box appears that allows me to edit the subfield letter/number instead. I would think the ability to edit the subfield letter/number in the authority editor could be problematic. The ability to sort the fields by clicking and dragging was existing behavior and should be restored. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 31113] New: Permission change to so user can use marc modification template only when adding or editing single record
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 12 Dec '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=31113 Bug ID: 31113 Summary: Permission change to so user can use marc modification template only when adding or editing single record Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: aspencatteam(a)clicweb.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Would like to see a permission to allow the application of marc modification template to single record, without having the permission to do batch record modification. This would allow admin to create marc modification template that a novice cataloger could use to supply certain fields they probably would not know to change. (Like in leader, 008, 007). We would not want them to be able to do batch record modification - just use template on single record. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. I think this might be caused by Bug 27526? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 30343] New: Any failed delivery method in overduerules.pl produces a printed notice in attachment.txt
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 11 Dec '25

11 Dec '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=30343 Bug ID: 30343 Summary: Any failed delivery method in overduerules.pl produces a printed notice in attachment.txt Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: 21.11 Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Notices Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: cbrannon(a)cdalibrary.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Previously we had only used the e-mail delivery method in overduerules.pl. This worked great. When a patron didn't have an e-mail address, a printed notice was added to the attachment.txt file for printed notices. Now we have phone and sms added as delivery methods. However, if ANY of these fail (no SMS number or no primary phone, or in the case of Twilio, if the same notice is sent via e-mail or sms, the phone status shows as deleted to prevent duplication) a printed notice is added to the attachment.txt file for printed notices. There should be option to determine if a printed notice is generated if ANY of the other methods fail, or if ALL of the methods fail. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 35179] New: Limit MARC Modification Templates by User
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 09 Dec '25

09 Dec '25

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=35179 Bug ID: 35179 Summary: Limit MARC Modification Templates by User Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: master Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: mnero(a)oslri.net QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl We have multiple people using MARC Modification Templates for different workflows, so the list of templates is very long and requires a lot of scrolling if your template is at the bottom. It would be useful to have local or user specific templates, so we can create some that are not needed by others without making the list longer. Adding a column showing who created each template that we could limit by would not be perfect but would limit the amount of clicking and/or scrolling. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. The sysprefs maxoutstanding, noissuescharge, NoIssuesChargeGuarantees, and MaxFine can all be disabled by leaving them blank, as well.
