I did not account for the fact that if items are overdue the 'Renew' button for that item is checked by default. Once the issue table is loaded there should be a check to see if either renew or checkin checkboxes are checked and enable or disable the 'Renew selected items' and 'Check in selected items' To recreate: 1. Have overdues 2. Go to a patron account and load the issue table 3. The items that are overdue are checked by default 4. To replicate: -Create one or more item groups for a bib if needed -Create a new item, and at the bottom of the 'Add item' screen, select the item group to which you want this item added. It is with in a #toolbar. -Holds waiting past their expiration date includes a 'Cancel selected' and a 'Cancel all' button. None are within a #toolbar. The 'Cancel selected' here lacks a Bootstrap .btn class. The 'Cancel all' button does have a .btn class. -Holds with cancellation requests has neither a 'Cancel selected' or a 'Cancel all' button.
