This is problematic, especially for accounts that require we keep historical records of patron interactions with staff. I propose that the newly added note be added to the end of whatever Circulation Notes already exist on the account, i.e.: Note 1; Note 2; Note 3; New Note Added Today Alternatively, I'd love to see the Circulation Note field act similar to the Patron Message field, where the librarian/date/time are logged when notes are added to the accounts. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. For instance, a library may have a 'Parent/guardian' attribute, and a patron could have it repeated to list two parents/guardians - but then if one of the guardians should be removed, the second instance of the attribute can't be deleted. Many of these libraries define patron attributes to record whether or not a given patron has signed the relevant agreement is on file. It was mentioned to me that it would be useful to have display if there is a hold or not on the record. It could be another column that is hidden by default as to not disturb the people who are used to the report as it is right now, but we could turn it on in Administration > Table settings if the information is needed.
