I have enabled two-factor authentication on my own account. While examining the relationship between borrowers.lastseen and action_logs.timestamp, I noticed that the value for my lastseen in borrowers could not be correlated to an entry in action_logs. The last SUCCESS action for the AUTH module in action_logs appears to correlate only with the submission of the correct username and password. The timestamp for lastseen is newer and seems to correlate with the submission of the correct OTP code. For instance, when item A with a notforloan -1 status is checked in via SIP, its status becomes available, but the change from notforloan -1 to Available is not logged. If the Koha is not hosted by the library, checking the server logs may not be possible. It would be beneficial to have at least the actual error code displayed to assist library staff with troubleshooting. That makes it very difficult to search the logs specifically for the point at which a hold goes to one of those two statuses. I'd like to see them marked with their own action_logs.action values, though I'm not sure on wording that would be translatable / understandable for all. Maybe just "Transfer" and "Waiting?"
