The option would be labeled Print Holds List slip. On the slip would be displayed the user's first initial last name and last four of their library card number (all of this should be modifiable through the notices Notices & slips tool/template toolkit). If the order is then cancelled, the suggestion remains as 'ordered'. With bug 31453 the ability to limit in the cli was added, but it seems like the default should be not to send these after a certain amount of time, unless forced. This keeps patrons from getting multiple emails at the same time if a backlog occurs and say the predue and due notices both get sent for an item on the same day. For example the module "Claim acquisition" for the ACQCLAIM notice should probably be "Acquisition". As more notices are added it would make it easier to search and sort the notices if the notices are grouped with their proper module. I feel like this could become crowded quickly. So we should hide the resolved tickets by default. To reproduce: 1. Enable the CatalogConcerns system preference 2. Go to a bibliographic record and click New > New catalog concern 3. Fill out the form and submit 4. Refresh the page to see the concern in the Concerns tab 5. Click Details 6. Click Resolved 7. Go to Cataloging > Catalog concerns --> The concern is show by default If you have lots of tickets (resolved and unresolved), the view can get crowded. Sometimes a barcode was keyed in wrong or the barcode was incorrectly assigned (switched between two copies of the same book) and that book was not actually seen. When editing an item record the field for Date Last Seen is not listed and therefore not editable.
