[Bug 43765] New: Lost item fee not charged a second time when item is lost a second time
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 09 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=43765 Bug ID: 43765 Summary: Lost item fee not charged a second time when item is lost a second time Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Fines and fees Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Target Milestone: --- When lost items are not marked as returned, a patron may end up losing the item multiple times in the same checkout. They are only ever charged the lost fee once per checkout. - set MarkLostItemsAsReturned to only "when receiving payment" - have an item with a replacement cost - set WhenLostChargeReplacementFee to Charge - check your item out to a patron - manually set your item to Lost - confirm your patron is charged the lost item fee - edit your item to not be lost anymore - confirm your patron has a refund for the lost item fee In the real world, this is where time would pass. The patron found the item and so was refunded, but it was still checked out to them so they kept it. . . . And then they lost it again: - edit your item to lost - your patron is not charged a new lost fee -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 42949] New: Add configurable complexity score header for WAF rate limiting
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 09 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42949 Bug ID: 42949 Summary: Add configurable complexity score header for WAF rate limiting Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Architecture, internals, and plumbing Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: kyle(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Target Milestone: --- We should have an optional complexity score response header that enables per-endpoint rate limiting in things like Cloudflare WAF Rate Limiting Rules. Heavy endpoints (search results, AJAX) get higher scores so they consume more of a client's rate limit budget. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=43770 Bug ID: 43770 Summary: Advanced Editor in Chrome not showing text-decoration in empty spaces Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: jheltibridle(a)rcplib.org QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl Target Milestone: --- In the 155 update to Chrome, support for text-decoration-skip-spaces was added. This impacts the fields in the advanced cataloging editor that use the class fixed-collapsed. If a field doesn't have one of the options chosen, it no longer shows the underline that makes it easy to tell if it is clickable. This could be fixed by adding text-decoration-skip-spaces:none; to the cateditor stylesheet. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 27248] New: Allow to use list of barcodes/itemnumbers with Batch extend due dates tool
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 09 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=27248 Bug ID: 27248 Summary: Allow to use list of barcodes/itemnumbers with Batch extend due dates tool Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Tools Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org In some cases libraries want to use some more complicated criteria for selecting the items that they want to extend the due dates for. For these cases it would be great if SQL reports could be used to make a list that then can be uploaded to the tool, similar to how we manage other batch operations. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 43733] New: Option to hide the cataloging search

Koha's general search bar should be configurable (perhaps via a system preference?) to hide the "cataloging" search that queries the reservoir. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. [Bug 42585] New: Add ability for Koha to analyze reports and warn for potentially dangerous reports

It would be nice if we had a tool built in to Koha to help warn librarians about reports with the potential to bring down a Koha server. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
