[Bug 38019] New: Bookings - Have a calendar page with all of the bookings
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 06 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=38019 Bug ID: 38019 Summary: Bookings - Have a calendar page with all of the bookings Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Circulation Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: koha(a)collecto.ca QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com, kyle.m.hall(a)gmail.com Created attachment 172014 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=172014&action=e… multiple items booked for one patron Hi, bare with me it's a long one :) We want to submit an enhancement for Bookings. Here at Collecto, we have an "in house" development created by InLibro that we call set aside. The idea is the same as to what bookings offers, but one main difference is that with our set asides, we have a page, accessible from the Circulation module, that presents a interactive calendar. You can use the calendar to choose a day and a time and clic on the period to place the "booking". On the record's page, a button is shown to set aside the document, but Koha returns us to the calendar page. On this page, a list of all the bookable items is shown, so we can choose the right items for the booking. The items are identified as bookable by a subfield M added to the 952 field. If that field is added, the item is shown in the list on the set aside page. >From the set aside page, we are also able to book multiple items for a single patron. [Bug 42031] New: Add diff support to serial subscription action logs
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 06 Jul '26

06 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=42031 Bug ID: 42031 Summary: Add diff support to serial subscription action logs Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Transaction logs Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: martin.renvoize(a)openfifth.co.uk QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Blocks: 37940 The action logging in C4/Serials.pm for subscription changes passes an empty string as the info parameter for all logged actions (MODIFY, ADD, RENEW, DELETE). No structured diff is generated in the action_logs.diff column. Affected calls in C4/Serials.pm: - SERIAL/MODIFY (~line 1410): logaction( "SERIAL", "MODIFY", $subscriptionid, "" ) - SERIAL/ADD (~line 1534): logaction( "SERIAL", "ADD", $subscriptionid, "" ) - SERIAL/RENEW (~line 1636): logaction( "SERIAL", "RENEW", $subscriptionid, "" ) - SERIAL/DELETE (~line 1859): logaction( "SERIAL", "DELETE", $subscriptionid, "" ) This bug covers updating these calls to pass meaningful subscription data. Ideally the C4::Serials functions should be refactored to use Koha::Subscription objects so that $subscription->unblessed can be passed as $infos and $original. At a minimum, a subscription hashref retrieved before the change should be passed as $original and the post-change state as $infos. [Bug 40616] New: Add option to re-process an edifact message

It would be nice to have the option of re-running the processing steps for such message if you believe you have corrected the issues (often simple mapping issues for example). The different message types would need slightly different processes to reverse the processing flow to allow for re-processing. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. It makes sense to me that if you check > in an item from another library and ignore the hold that it should behave as > if you'd checked in an item from another library without a hold. > > Maybe with a different button text, "Ignore hold and transfer to <library>" ? This sounds worth considering. In addition there should probably be a button with an option to ignore hold, transfer item ja print receipt. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 38412] New: Koha should warn when hold on bibliographic record requires hold policy override
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 06 Jul '26

06 Jul '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=38412 Bug ID: 38412 Summary: Koha should warn when hold on bibliographic record requires hold policy override Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Hold requests Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: andrew(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: gmcharlt(a)gmail.com Depends on: 35573 When AllowHoldPolicyOverride is set to Allow, Koha will specifically mark items for which an item-level hold will require an override. However, nothing in the interface indicates when the bibliographic level hold will require an override. To recreate: - Have AllowHoldPolicyOverride set to Don't Allow - Have a bib record with just one item - confirm you can place a hold on either the biblio or the item - edit your item such that it become unholdable (mark it Not For Loan or something) - confirm that you cannot place a hold on either the biblio or the item - set AllowHoldPolicyOverride to Allow - confirm that Koha shows an alert on the item indicating that the hold will require an override - confirm that Koha does not indicate the bibliographic level hold will require an override Bug 33573 restored these alerts for items. I don't recall if we've ever had these alerts for biblios. Referenced Bugs: https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=35573 [Bug 35573] Koha is not correctly warning of overridden items when placing a hold if AllowHoldPolicyOverride -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
