[Bug 43758] New: Accessibility: Add missing legend to login form fieldset in OPAC
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 08 Oct '26

08 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=43758 Bug ID: 43758 Summary: Accessibility: Add missing legend to login form fieldset in OPAC Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Accessibility Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: lisette(a)bywatersolutions.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: martin.renvoize(a)openfifth.co.uk, matt.blenkinsop(a)openfifth.co.uk, oleonard(a)myacpl.org Target Milestone: --- The login form contains a <fieldset> without a corresponding <legend> element. Accessibility testing reports: Fieldset missing legend A fieldset does not have a legend. The affected markup is: <fieldset class="action"> <input type="hidden" name="login_op" value="cud-login"> <input type="submit" value="Log in" class="btn btn-primary"> </fieldset> A <fieldset> should have a <legend> that describes the group of form controls it contains. Without a legend, assistive technologies may not have an accessible description for the grouped controls. Since this fieldset appears to contain only a hidden input and the "Log in" submit button, we should also determine whether a <fieldset> is semantically necessary here. If it is needed, an appropriate <legend> should be added. Otherwise, the fieldset could potentially be replaced with a non-semantic container. Steps to reproduce Navigate to the login page. Run an accessibility check using WAVE or another accessibility testing tool. Inspect the login form. Observe that the <fieldset class="action"> element does not contain a <legend>. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. You are the assignee for the bug.

[Bug 43755] New: EDI invoices without GIR segments leave items unmatched and part receipts without items
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 08 Oct '26

08 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=43755 Bug ID: 43755 Summary: EDI invoices without GIR segments leave items unmatched and part receipts without items Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: Main Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: Acquisitions Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: martin.renvoize(a)openfifth.co.uk QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Target Milestone: --- Koha::EDI::receipt_items and Koha::EDI::transfer_items locate the items that belong to an invoice line using the branch given in the GIR segments (GIR ... :LLO). If the invoice line has no GIR segments, the branch is undefined and no item can be matched. Many suppliers send no GIR on invoices (the segment is conditional on the invoice message). Koha then records errors and leaves the items untouched: Reproduced on main (vendor EDI account without plugin, basket with create_items=ordering, items linked in aqorders_items, no GIR on the invoice line): 1. Full receipt, order for 2, invoice for 2, no GIR: - order is marked complete, but 2 edifact_errors are written: "No matching item found for invoice line 1:0 at branch (order N has items at: , XXX)..." (the branch in the message is empty) - the items are not touched (so anything done at receipt, such as AcqItemSetSubfieldsWhenReceived, is not applied) - Perl warnings: Use of uninitialized value $branch in hash element at Koha/EDI.pm line 591 (and others) 2. Part receipt, order for 3, invoice for 1, no GIR: - the original order drops to quantity 2 (partial) and a new complete order is created for 1 copy - transfer_items moves nothing, because no item homebranch matches an undefined branch: all 3 items stay linked to the original order and the new completed order has no items - receipt_items then logs "No matching item found ... (order M has items at: none)" The same invoice with matching GIR segments works as expected (1 item is moved to the new order). Proposed fix: when the invoice line has no GIR (or a GIR occurrence has no LLO), fall back to the items already linked to the order, in itemnumber order, taking as many as the invoiced quantity. Transfer those to the new order on a part receipt, then receive them. Test plan: 1. Create a vendor with an EDI account (no plugin) and a basket with AcqCreateItem=ordering. Order 3 copies of a record, so 3 items are linked to the order. 2. Process an INVOIC for that order with QTY+47:1 and no GIR segments. 3. Without the patch: the new completed order (1 copy) has no linked items, the 3 items stay on the original order, and edifact_errors contains "No matching item found". 4. With the patch: 1 item is moved to the completed order and received, 2 stay on the original order, and there are no errors. 5. Repeat with QTY+47:3 (full receipt) and confirm the 3 items are received without errors. 6. Repeat with matching GIR+LLO segments and confirm behaviour is unchanged. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 41860] New: With zebra, authority search plugin gives no result in some cases

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=41860 Bug ID: 41860 Summary: With zebra, authority search plugin gives no result in some cases Initiative type: --- Sponsorship --- status: Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P5 - low Component: MARC Authority data support Assignee: januszop(a)gmail.com Reporter: januszop(a)gmail.com QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org Depends on: 41859 When using Zebra, authority search plugin gives no result when the search term was was auto completed and it contains subdivisions and the search is performed with 'Search all headings' or 'Search entire record'. To reproduce: 1. Have SearchEngine set to Zebra. 2. When cataloging, go to field 650 and use the authority plugin. 3. In 'Search all headings:' or 'Search entire record:' start typing 'Computer software' and choose any hint (with subdivision). Note that the operator has changed to 'is exactly'. Perform the search. You should get no results, despite of the existence of the record. You only get the results after changing the operator to 'contains'. This is because of the construction of Match and Any indexes in Zebra. [Bug 13840] Don't show library filter on full serial issue history in OPAC for single branch libraries
by bugzilla-daemon＠bugs.koha-community.org 08 Oct '26

08 Oct '26

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=13840 --- Comment #2 from Laura Escamilla <Laura.escamilla(a)bywatersolutions.com> --- Created attachment 207446 --> https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/attachment.cgi?id=207446&action=e… Bug 13840: Hide library filter for single-branch serial history Description: Hide the Library filter on the OPAC full serial issue history page when Koha is configured with only one library, using the existing singleBranchMode template variable. Additional updates were made to the filtering JavaScript to ensure the Subscription filter continues to function independently of the Library filter. Previously, the Subscription dropdown depended on the Library filter being present and could remain disabled or unpopulated. The Library filter was also updated to display the configured libraries consistently, rather than relying solely on libraries found in the serial issue history. Test plan: 1. Navigate to a bibliographic record with a serial subscription in the OPAC. 2. Select Subscriptions → More details → Full history. 3. With only one library configured, verify the Library filter is hidden. 4. Verify the Subscription dropdown is populated and can filter serial issues without the Library filter being present. 5. Add a second library and reload the page. 6. Verify the Library filter is displayed and contains the configured libraries. 7. Verify the Subscription dropdown remains populated and functional when the Library filter is present. 8. Select a library and verify the displayed serial issues are filtered appropriately. 9. Verify the Subscription dropdown updates appropriately when changing the selected library. 10. Select a subscription and verify only matching serial issues are displayed. 11. Click Clear and verify the filters reset correctly. 12. Switch between available years and verify the filters continue to work as expected. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 43470] REST Basic Auth allows silent 2FA secret takeover

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=43470 --- Comment #23 from Pedro Amorim (ammopt) <pedro.amorim(a)openfifth.co.uk> --- Hi all, the guard is not robust enough, the registration endpoint can still be reached using Basic Auth if the URL has a trailing slash: 1) Turn on 'TwoFactorAuthentication' and 'RESTBasicAuth' 2) In ktd --shell, mark koha as 2FA-enrolled: echo "UPDATE borrowers SET auth_method='two-factor' WHERE userid='koha'" | koha-mysql kohadev 3) Run: curl -u koha:koha -X POST http://localhost:8081/api/v1/auth/two-factor/registration 4) Notice {"error":"Cannot request this route."}, the patch blocks this 5) Run it again with a trailing slash: curl -u koha:koha -X POST http://localhost:8081/api/v1/auth/two-factor/registration/ 6) Notice you get a new 'secret32' and 'qr_code' back, the guard is bypassed 7) Undo, otherwise koha's staff login will ask for a 2FA code: echo "UPDATE borrowers SET auth_method='password' WHERE userid='koha'" | koha-mysql kohadev 'registration/verification/' should also be double-checked, as it's guarded by the same check. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
