https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19211 Bug ID: 19211 Summary: Error when trying to link an authority that has nothing entered under the 'Heading' tag (Tab 1) Change sponsored?: --- Product: Koha Version: unspecified Hardware: All OS: All Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 - low Component: Cataloging Assignee: koha-bugs(a)lists.koha-community.org Reporter: aleisha(a)catalyst.net.nz QA Contact: testopia(a)bugs.koha-community.org CC: m.de.rooy(a)rijksmuseum.nl To reproduce 1) Go to Authorities -> Make a new authority. Save all the automatically filled answers by clicking the Save button, don't add anything under tab 1 2) Edit a record 3) Go to tab 1, go to the Main Entry for whichever authority type you created (i.e. personal name or corporate name) and click on the Tag Editor icon for that field 4) Search for your authority. You do not have to enter any search terms 5) Your authority should show up in the results. Click Choose 6) Notice software error. What suggestions do we have towards a fix for this? I think a good one would be to ensure that at least the 11_a field is filled (the authority name or jurisdiction name for entry element) by making it a required field. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. [Bug 14784] Missing checkin message for debarred patrons when issuing rules ' fine days = 0'

https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=14784 Katrin Fischer <katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|Needs Signoff |Failed QA --- Comment #20 from Katrin Fischer <katrin.fischer(a)bsz-bw.de> --- Hi David, I've tried several things, but I think we are missing something in the test plan. That's what I've tried and I've always seen a message on check-in: 1) Created an manual indefinite restriction for the patron. 2) Created a manual restriction with a date in 2 weeks. Question: - You say checkout and checkin - I can only do so by overwriting the restriction temporarily. Is that what you do as well? - You say fines by days should be 0. I was testing with a manual restriction, should this be a restriction of a certain type? If you want suspension, why then fines in days = 0? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
