When you enter an actual price receiving items this it the price, that should be accounted as spent in the system. It should also be shown on order line. It isn't. It has to be entered as "12.60" in order to work. But this syspref also governs the display of itemtypes in the OPAC. This is documented in the documentation: "It also determines if the item type icon appears on the OPAC search results.
