Sip devices need this to show to the user what books they have on hold and what holds they have awaiting collection. This record is given to XSLTParse4Display() to transform into HTML using XSLT. This method uses transformMARCXML4XSLT() to replace in record authorized values code by there description. Looking at the page source, it is an HTML anchor with the text of "Tag editor", but there is no title attribute set to cause the tooltip popup.
