It fails with "An error occurred when inserting this patron category. The patron category might already exist." The logs wil show: categorie.pl: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Incorrect date value: '' for column 'enrolmentperioddate' at row 1 at /usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/admin/categorie.pl line 231., referer: http://192.168.50.12:8081/cgi-bin/koha/admin/categorie.pl?op=add_form Disabling STRICT_TRANS_TABLES in MySQL will fix the problem, but as the setting is default now, we should have a permanent fix. This could be solved one of two ways: a) Show all extended attributes when editing or b) Only delete the borrower attributes that are not limited or are visible at the current branch as the first step in C4::Members::Attributes::SetBorrowerAttributes. The short term work-around is to only edit course items from an enabled course if the item has a course that is enabled. The problem is that the current ZOOM connection in Koha is set to retreive records in 'usmarc'. This makes retreiving search results silently fail for big records, and even when those records are correctly indexed, the user would fail to reach them. Steps to reproduce: - Create a new simple record with 100$a = Arquitectura viva - Add it several big note fields - Add several items to it - Reindex, search for Arquitectura viva - Record doesn't show - In a terminal, use yaz-client to do a manual query (adjust to your setup): $ yaz-client -k 100000 unix:/home/tomas/koha-dev/var/run/zebradb/bibliosocket > base biblios > f @attr 1=4 @attr 4=1 @attr 6=3 "Arquitectura viva" > s It should fail because of the size of the record. - Rerun like this: > format xml > elem marcxml > f @attr 1=4 @attr 4=1 @attr 6=3 "Arquitectura viva" > s There you go :-D -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Often these items are to be sent to a different library. However, if the library whose item is picked to fill a hold is closed, that hold will remain unfilled even if there are other open libraries who own that item.
