Right now, if you're only wanting a certain library's records exported, you have to unchecked lots of boxes (if you're in a multi-branch system). All the libraries are listed and checked. This causes two issues: 1. In a large consortium a user may need to unclick a large number of boxes to only get the libraries they want. 2. When the tool is run as is (with all libraries selected) bibliographic records without items are not exported.
