The behavior works as expected for suspending a hold when selecting one item at a time. Whatever I select in the "Selecting default settings" screen, on the next page I always get the same result: Mandatory data added auth_val_cat.sql subtag_registry.sql authorities_normal_marc21.sql refund_lost_item_fee_rules.sql Mysql data added sysprefs.sql userflags.sql userpermissions.sql audio_alerts.sql You can see that some mandatory stuff is missing (like message_transport_types for instance). Note that this is not a display issue, the database tables are indeed empty. Steps to reproduce: 1. Start a normal install using the web installer 2. When asked to select data to load, check that 'message_transport_types' is checked 3. Continue the install to the end 4. Example: Create 3 Accounts, login names are test01, test02, test 03, Email is the same for all.
