We should either convert code to use this routine or remove it. Personally, I think it could perhaps serve a similar use to shib_ok in C4::Auth_with_shibboleth in that we could add a cached config check (which would hit the Mana server to test it's actually there) and then return undef for failure or pass through the mana base url otherwise. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes. We would like the ability to pull up a patron, then be able to print more notice options than just the Issue Slip, Quick Slip and Summary. The idea would be to put a billing notice under that so we can generate a canned printed report directly from the patrons record. We want to generate a print copy, not an email. A system preference that built off of the existing list and add pre-defined notices to that pull down. Please let me know if you'd like me to elaborate. Thanks for considering! It would be nice to optionally include cancelled ISBNs (020$z) in the pool to check for cover images as well. I'm not sure how complex it would be to have a hierarchy; i.e. use 020$a as the source first, and then 020$z if none are found. There is no alert to the patron that this book needs to be brought to the circulation desk or prompt for any other direction. For libraries to use this self checkin tool, there needs to be some function/block that alerts the checkin with a hold to be different than a book with no hold.
