There is currently no way to restrict this activity for a single patron. When a localuse is done, increment the localuse column for the item. That way the data is stored with the item like issues and renewals instead of having to do joins to the statistic tables. This creates problem while putting suggestions inside the vendor and staff needs to again select the correct currency. Tested on Koha Version 16.11.11 on Debian 1. Make active currency say "USD" 2. Make a purchase suggestion from staff client on behalf of any user and select currency different than active currency say "GBP" 3. Now enter the above suggestion in a basket. 4.
